CAMCOR Fabrication and Processing Labs

Class 10000 facility, equipped with:

• Sputter and Evaporation Physical Vapor Deposition tools
• Photolithography lab: spin-coater, process bench, direct laser writer and contact aligner
• Reactive Ion Etching tools (Oxford 80 Plasmalab ICP-RIE tool)

Knight Campus Clean Room lab

Electronics Testing Lab:

Home base for RF Equipment and Qubit Characterization class. Includes six workstations, each equipped with a PC, nanoVNA (liteVNA), tinySNA (ultra), Moku:Go, Xilinx 4×2 RFSoC. Soldering stations, RF and electrical components, as well as additional prototyping and measurement tools available to the students.
